By Q4, the Gemini Intelligence layer will be live on every device class Google sells. Samsung gets it before any Pixel-only update — a deliberate move to make the Galaxy install base the proof point.
The timing is the strategic part. Apple's WWDC is three weeks away. Apple Intelligence has not had its second-generation rollout yet, and the perception is that Apple is behind.
